If you finally want to master your first pull-up, muscle-up, or handstand after months or even years of setbacks and poor progress — I have a proven system that I know works, and I'll keep you accountable until that goal is yours.

Sounds like you?

You working hard but still see no real progress.

  • You've saved hundreds of muscle-up videos on Instagram but nothing works.
  • You train hard, but you switch programs every couple of weeks because nothing feels like it's working.
  • You keep telling yourself this is the year you finally get that pull-up, muscle-up, or handstand — and after a few weeks, you fall off again.
  • You can lift heavy weight but struggle to lift your own bodyweight.
  • Nobody's ever actually watched your reps and told you what you're doing wrong.
Why nothing's worked so far

You're training hard but not smart.

01

A new random YouTube tutorial every week

Different youtube video every week. There's no direction and nothing connects so you constantly starting over and never actually build something sustainable.

02

Want the skills but skipping the basics

You went straight for the muscle-up before getting stronger pull ups without improving transition or timing. You don't build the house before the foundation.

03

No one correcting your technique

You can't fix what you can't see. Small adjustments can make a big difference but if you dont see it, you can't fix it.

04

No accountability, no structure

A saved workout doesn't check in on you. When motivation fades, no one is there to pull you back. You don't need another workout. You need someone who won't let you quit.

The CaliMastery Approach

Master the basics and see the changes

01

Basics first, skills second

We build the foundation before we chase the skill. Because all skills require specific strengths.

02

5–10 exercises. Not 20.

A small set of exercises done consistently, with real progressive overload, builds strength faster than a new routine every week ever will.

03

Quality over Quantity

Never more reps and harder progressions before clean form, full range of motion, and proper technique.

I'm Ready
Why I'm the one telling you this

I made every mistake on this page myself

Coach portrait
01

Chasing every skill at once

I got into calisthenics and immediately tried to learn every skill at the same time. Because that's what looked impressive on Instagram. No matter how hard I trained, nothing was happening. I was putting in the work but getting nowhere, which made my frustrated and doubted myself multible times if it was even worth it.

02

The switch that changed everything

I stopped chasing skills and started mastering the basics instead. That's when I actually got stronger, built muscles and body control I didn't have before and the part I didn't expect was the fact that everything else became way easier too. Weightlifting, machines, CrossFit, but most important my muscle-up and handstand came faster once I stopped skipping the basics.

03

Now two years later

I've hit the skills I used to dream about and see on social media and coach people through the same process I been through. No shortcuts, not complicated programs, just the a simple method by mastering the basics by staying consistent and enjoying the journey. I do this because I know what that first pull-up or muscle-up does to someone beyond their body. It changes how you see what you're capable of and make you more confident you ever been.

Real clients, real timelines

This is what you're capable of

5 shaky pull-ups → strict muscle-ups
Stina — under 8 months

A CrossFitter before this, with old injuries and no real control over her own bodyweight. Zero injuries now, with a muscle-up fewer than 0.01% of women in the world can do.

0 → 8 pull-ups
Mickan — under 8 months

Trains with fibromyalgia, a chronic pain condition, and never used it as an excuse. Now reps out more pull-ups than she could do push-ups when she started.

1 chicken-wing muscle-up → clean 10kg muscle-ups
Ola — under 8 months

A gym-goer for years, wanted something beyond just building muscle. Now at a level he never thought was possible for him.

3 sloppy pull-ups → 5 clean 10kg pull-ups
Per — under 5 months

A dad who wanted more than normal gym training. Made more progress in 5 months than he did in 5 years.

Clumsy kick-up → first handstand
Alma — under 2 months

A CrossFitter for years but still couldn't walk on her hands, with no body control. Now she can walk and stand still on her hands.

This will answer your questions

How long until I get my first pull-up or muscle-up?

Depends on your level but 2 months gets you your first small progress. 4 months, decent progress. 6 months, real, visible progress. Stina's muscle-up and Mickan's 8 pull-ups both landed inside that window.

What if I lose motivation partway through, like I always do?

That's the part a saved YouTube playlist can't fix and this is built for weekly check-ins and daily contact.

What if it doesn't work for me?

What if it do work out for you, you will never find out if you never try.

I've already tried YouTube workouts. How is this different?

YouTube gives you a video. It doesn't know what you're doing wrong, doesn't know if you skipped directly to a skill you're not ready for, and doesn't check in when you go quiet for weeks. This is a plan built around where you actually are, with someone watching your reps and correcting them.

I feel like I need to get stronger before I start.

That's exactly the thinking that's kept people stuck for years. It's like saying I want to get fit before I start training. It doesn't make sense. The program is built to get you stronger regardless of level, including if that's zero pull-ups.

I'm a complete beginner, will this actually work for me?

Stina came from CrossFit with old injuries and no bodyweight control. Mickan started at zero pull-ups. Beginner is the normal starting point here, not the exception. Most people say that because they are afraid of failing but the only way you can fail is if you give up.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No gym is required and equipment is optinal but not essential. If you want better results and faster progress is a couple of resistent bands, a few weights, a pull ups bar and a dip bar good to have.

How much time do I actually need to train?

Depend on your level but I always say that 1 workout is no workout, 2 workouts will you stay the same and 3 workouts makes a difference.

You already know how the next 6 months will go if nothing changes.
